Why we built it

Most wedding guestbooks are lovely objects that nobody opens again. A wall of signatures and the occasional “congrats!” — well- meant, but not the thing you would re-read on your first anniversary.

We wanted something different for our own wedding. A way to gather the stories, advice and little messages that would otherwise disappear after the day — the words from your grandparent, the speech that landed differently than you expected, the advice from a couple who has been married thirty years, the line your friend finally said out loud.

Said & Kept is the thing we wished existed. So we built it.

What we believe

One price, no subscription. A wedding keepsake should not be a service you have to keep paying for. You pay once. Your messages are yours forever.

Calm, not pushy. No discount countdowns, no scarcity messaging, no urgency tricks. Set up when you are ready. Share with guests when it feels right. Read your messages whenever you want.

Privacy by default. Your page is private to people you share it with. We do not sell your data, we do not use your guests’ messages for AI training, and we are not in the business of advertising to couples.

Made to be kept. The keepsake you download is designed to feel like a real book — something you might want to print, bind, and keep on a bookshelf. Not a digital file you forget about.

Who is behind Said & Kept

Said & Kept is operated by Moken Digital Ltd, a UK-registered company. Company number 12831534, registered at Apollo House, Hallam Way, Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool, England, FY4 5FS.

We are based in the UK and built Said & Kept as a small, independent product — not a venture-backed wedding platform with plans to pivot. The goal is to be the kind of business that is still here when your wedding rolls around, whether that is next month or next year.
